Mike was always willing to make time to meet and visit houses, and once we put in an offer, he ensured every detail was taken care of. In our transaction, he represented both the seller and buyer, but he remained professional and committed to both sides, treating both parties with respect and ensuring that the transaction was fair and in the best interest of both buyer and seller. He let us take the lead on which houses we wanted to see and was really quick at scheduling them, combining trips so we didn't have to spread it out over multiple days. Text messages were always returned immediately. He suggested to us a respectable price range for the home we bought but I kick myself that I didn't ask for comps to validate his range. Our offer, the low end of that range, was accepted immediately. With our sale, we started high, then brought the price down when it didn't sell. He was very quick to follow up with people who saw it to inform them of the price change. Ended up getting an offer from one of them. The Hildebrand team is amazing. They gave us copies of the pictures they took of our house and kept us informed through the whole buy and sell process."

Even with using a production builder, appreciated his involvement - with his team members driving and checking on our home some days when we didn't. They walked through the home with us during drywall and pre-close inspections and were right there with us through closing.
