Worked with Mike Hildebrand to buy and sell our houses. He let us take the lead on which houses we wanted to see and was really quick at scheduling them, combining trips so we didn't have to spread it out over multiple days. Text messages were always returned immediately. He suggested to us a respectable price range for the home we bought but I kick myself that I didn't ask for comps to validate his range. Our offer, the low end of that range, was accepted immediately. With our sale, we started high, then brought the price down when it didn't sell.
